Relocating to South Florida · Weston

Move to Weston with someone who's lived it for 14 years.

I'll show you Weston unfiltered: the communities, the schools, what it really costs to live here each month, and what nobody tells you before you move. I don't sell you a house — I guide you to the right decision.

Weston unfiltered

What they tell you about Weston, and what they don't.

Before you move you need more than a listing price. This is what I show you on my tours, no makeup.

Communities

Each community has its own pace, HOA and neighbors. I'll help you find the one that fits how you live.

Schools

Which school each address is zoned for, and how that shapes your search from day one.

True cost

Property taxes, insurance, HOA and upkeep. What you really pay each month, not just the mortgage.

Everyday life

Parks, nature, traffic, where to shop. How an ordinary day feels living here.

Where are you moving from?

Every move starts somewhere different. So does the plan.

01

From another state

Coming for work, the weather or family. We organize the search so you can decide in a few visits, or even remotely.

02

From another country

I came from abroad too. I'll walk you through the process, connect you with trusted lenders and attorneys, and be your eyes and nose on the ground.

03

Already in South Florida

Your family grew and you need more space. We sell what you have and buy what's next, coordinating both steps.

Looking to invest or sell? I can help with that too. Tell me about it →

My story

I didn't choose Weston. Weston welcomed me.

Fourteen years ago a job transfer brought me to the United States. The office was in Weston, so this is where I landed, made my first friends and built my life.

I know what it's like to arrive somewhere new without knowing the streets, the schools or who to ask. That's why I guide families moving to South Florida the way I wish someone had guided me: with clear information and no rush.

Florida is home. Weston is my neighborhood. And I love showing it to whoever is on their way.

How I work

Your home isn't a transaction — it's a well-informed decision.

  1. 1

    Getting to know you

We talk about your family, your work, your real budget and how you want to live. That shapes the list of communities that make sense for you.

  2. 2

    Touring

We visit together, or I go for you if you're far away. I'll tell you what the photos don't show.

  3. 3

    Deciding and arriving

We negotiate, close with a trusted team, and I welcome you to your new home with a list of what you need to settle in.

Beyond Weston

I also guide clients across all of South Florida.
