Frequently asked questions

What people ask me most before they move.

Why work with me instead of another realtor?+

Because I’ve lived in Weston for 14 years and I know what it’s like to arrive somewhere new without knowing anyone. I don’t sell you a house: I help you make a well-informed decision that protects your money and your family.

Who do I usually work with?+

Families moving to South Florida from another state, from another country or within the area. Also people looking to invest or sell.

Can you help if I still live far away?+

Yes. We do video calls, I tour homes for you and tell you what the photos don’t show, so you can decide in just a few visits or even remotely.

Do you only work in Weston?+

Weston is my home and my specialty, but I work throughout South Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

How much does the first consultation cost?+

Nothing. It’s 15 minutes to understand your situation and tell you clearly what your next steps are, with no obligation.
